This means that for Outright Winner markets, any bet placed on a selection that fails to participate in the event for any reason will be considered a losing bet as long as the event takes place.

However, bets may be declared void under the following circumstances:

  • The venue is changed in a way that materially affects the betting — for example, if a football match is moved to the opponent’s home stadium

  • The event is interrupted and restarted more than 72 hours after its original start time
