Once received, you’ll get an automated confirmation email. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
If the issue requires input from another department (such as Marketing or Trading), our Customer Service team will notify you and provide an estimated resolution timeframe.
If you're not satisfied with the response, your case will be escalated to a Team Lead or Manager, who will respond within 72 hours.
If the issue is not resolved by the Customer Service team or their manager, the case will be passed to the Compliance Department, who will:
Review the full communication history
Consult senior management if needed
Respond to you within 10 business days with the company’s final position
Provide details of an external Dispute Resolution service, if applicable
If you are still dissatisfied with 888bets’ final response, you may escalate your complaint through:
Legal channels (e.g. via a lawyer)
An external arbitration or gaming regulatory body
At this point, the complaint is transferred to our Legal Team, who will correspond directly with you or your legal representative. No other department is authorised to respond.
If your complaint concerns an affiliate or collaborator of 888bets:
The Customer Service team will provide you with the affiliate’s direct contact details
You’ll be encouraged to raise the issue directly with them
If multiple customers raise similar issues, 888bets may also contact the affiliate
Affiliates and collaborators are expected to resolve issues professionally and help us maintain high standards of service.
888bets Angola does not accept complaints from individuals who do not hold an account with us.
We are also unable to disclose any information about existing customer accounts to non-account holders.
