A bet is not considered accepted until it displays in the customer’s Bet History as an Open Bet. If a customer is unsure whether a bet has been placed or not they are advised to contact the Members Support Team before the event begins.
Once accepted, unless accepted in error, a bet will remain valid and cannot be cancelled. It is the responsibility of the player to ensure details of the bets placed are correct. Should a dispute arise about the acceptance (or lack thereof) of any transaction in the player’s account, the transaction log database will be the ultimate authority in deciding such matters.
